Its not the first lie from them, the first was, we are giving you such a smoking deal on the bike already we couldn't possibly throw anything in with the deal. Of course I had been to 3 other dealers and had exactly the same quoted price. I called him on it, but didn't seem to faze the guy. Needless to say I won't be spending any money there again and even though I hear they have a good goldwing mechanic there, I will not be allowing them to touch my bike. And I will continually inform people I meet to stay away from there. Talked to the head salesman today, and told him what the other guy had said. He was like you must be confused, that's not what he said.
I quoted the entire conversation for him. He said well we were talking about the manual and we thought that maybe since they they stopped putting the tool kit in the bikes that maybe owners manuals didn't come with them anymore. Are you kidding me man!! The owners manual is how Honda covers there butt, so they can say we told you how to operate and maintain your vehicle, you didn't follow it so we don't have to warranty it. There will always be an owners manual! They are ordering me a manual, supposedly ( they said that when I bought the bike too), and in the mean time they gave me a Valkyrie manual, as the maintenance items are the same. These guys should not be allowed to sell street bikes!

For after almost 10 years Honda decided to upgrade the Goldwing for the 2012. They did not change the platform, the legendary 1832 cc engine, the tranny and the chassis remains the same.
The upgrade was more to the styling, comfort and the electronics. For the 2012, they improved the look and feel. The body is multicolored. The front lights have a black acsent giving a much aggressive appearance. The shapes of the side saddle bags have been revised which also offers more storage capacity up to 7 litters.
The wheels are clear-coated from the factory for an improved appearance and easier cleaning. On the comfort department, they added new seats covers with extra urethane seat material. The audio system is equipped with SRS surround sound new for the 2012.
